If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong → We pay for return shipping

📦 How to Return
Once approved, pack your item and include a note with:

Account Title
After shipping, send us the tracking number on WhatsApp so we can process your refund or exchange quickly.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons:

Accessories (scarves, dupattas, stoles)

Customized or stitched items
