We want you to shop with confidence. If something’s not right, you’ve got 7 days to request a return or exchange.

✅ Who Can Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging

• You message us within 7 days of delivery

• You share your Order ID, reason, and clear photos (especially if damaged or wrong item)

• Order ID

• Reason for return/exchange

• Photos of the item

🔄 Who Pays for Return Shipping

• If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong → We pay for return shipping

• If it’s a personal reason (wrong size, changed mind) → You pay for return shipping

📦 How to Return

Once approved, pack your item and include a note with:

• Your Name

• Payment Method (JazzCash / Raast / Bank)

• Account Number or IBAN

• Account Title

After shipping, send us the tracking number on WhatsApp so we can process your refund or exchange quickly.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons:

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories (scarves, dupattas, stoles)

• Customized or stitched items

Please double-check your order before confirming.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it

• If your order is already processed or shipped, it can’t be cancelled
