You’re eligible for a refund if:
You got the wrong item, or it’s damaged or faulty
The product doesn’t match the pictures or description
Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We won’t be able to help with issues reported after that.

Size issues (please check the size chart before ordering)
Changing your mind after placing the order

In some cases, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made a mistake.
Returned items must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original packaging
Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the item.
